Brief Description of Works : 50,000.00 cubic feet of sawn rubber size wood handling work.a) The sawn size wood kept in the āSā mill shed of BFIDC, Rubber Wood Pressure Treatment Plant and Furniture Complex was cleaned of bark with a broom on the same day: After loading it in a sifter trolley, it was taken to the seasoning shed and for initial seasoning, it was loaded into the trolley (according to the maximum capacity) as per the instructions of the department representative. The trolley was arranged with stickers as per the rules and the trolley was brought into the seasoning chamber (3 or 4 trolleys per chamber).b) After the pre-treatment seasoning, the trolley was taken out of the chamber and the dust of the sawn wood was cleaned: As per the instructions of the department representative, the work of preparing it for treatment was arranged and loaded into the treatment trolley (3 or 4 trolleys).c) After the treatment process is completed, immediately after removing the trolleys from the cylinder, unload the treated wood from the trolley and arrange it in the seasoning trolley with stickers as per the rules and prepare it for final seasoning and then enter the trolley into the seasoning chamber (3 to 4 trolleys).d) To prepare the mixture of boric acid and borax, carry the goods/chemicals from the warehouse to the treatment shed as per the instructions of the depa... - Documents:
