Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer must meet following minimum eligibility and qualification criteria including other criteria specified in ITT, TDS and Tender Submission Letter of Tender Documents:a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction work as Prime Contractor shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction of building work including substation work at least one contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value at least Tk. 15 Crore. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 20 (twenty) crore over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 600 (six hundred ) lac.(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. seventeen (17) crore.
Brief Description of Works : Construction of 33 KV Substation Building, Transformer Base, inside & outside ducting, Electrical & conduit work, wiring, connecting road; supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 33 KV AIS, 33KV BUS PT panel, 33KV Power Transformer, 11KV AIS, BUS coupler, 11KV BUS PT panel, LT Switchgear, LT panel, Automatic PFI Plant, ac distribution panel, dc distribution panel, 33 KV Cable works, 11 KV cable works, LV cable work, PVC pipe works, all LV power & control cable works, safety & compliance works, load sanction works etc. as per detailed in the Drawing & Bill of Quantities.
