Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : • The Tenderer shall have minimum 5 years- experience as TW/DTW sinking/re-sinking & development of TW installation with necessary related accessories.• The Tenderer/bidder shall have experience in TW/DTW sinking/re-sinking & development of TW installation of valuation minimum Tk. 55.00 (Fifty five) lakhs in any government/semi-Govt./autonomous organization under maximum two contracts in the immediate last 5(five) financial years.• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of the tenderer shall be Tk. 75.00 (Seventy five) lakhs. Bank certificate (credit line certificate) confirming sanction of credit facility specifically committed for this work (as per credit commitment form) or statement for liquid assets for the said amount from the concerned Bank shall be submitted with the tender. Bank statement must cover the period ending up to the previous date of invitation for tender.• The tenderer shall have up to date trade license, income tax certificate, vat registration certificate and ISO certificate of the manufacturer of goods and it must be enclosed with the offer.• The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).• The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address and telephone number.• Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender.• The tenderer shall have to be owner of Power Rig or Water Jet for Sinking TW and documents to proof its ownership or agreement with ownership must be enclosed with the offer.
