Tenderer must submit attested copies of Valid Trade License, Certificate of Incorporation (if applicable), Tax payer-s Identification Number (TIN), Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificates issued by statutory authority as proof of overall experience.b) A minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar goods and related services in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Bank/Financial Institutions of at least 02(two) Contract in a single work order successfully completed (must submit Work Completion Certificate with Work Order) within last 05(Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 5 Lac.c) Bank solvency certificate indicating the amount of liquid assets/working capital/credit facility of Tk. 8 Lac within tender publication date to tender closing date.
