Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of general experience in the construction works shall be 10(ten) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(b) A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) RCC Building Construction with electromechanical work under single contract must be completed within the last 5(Five) years of a value of at least Tk. 20.00 Lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 45.00 Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.(d) The minimum amount of Liquid assets in the form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 25.00 Lac. In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.(f) Tenderer Must have upto date ABC Catagory Contractor and Supervisory license issued from Electric Licensing Board.(g) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 20.00 Lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet.
