Eligibility of Tenderer : (i) Copy of valid manufacturer/authorized distributorship/supplier certificate (where applicable).(ii) Copy of valid Trade License of current year.(iii) Copy of current year Income Tax Return Certificate.(iv) Copy of Up-to-date (i.e. having 11 digits) valid VAT Registration Certificate or BIN Certificate.(v) Copy of proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of Incorporation.(vi) Delivery schedule must be mentioned in the offer.(vii) Value is to be quoted on the basis of supplying items at Local Receive Section, Procurement & Logistics Support Directorate, Admin.
