Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (1) Tenderer must have experience of printing & supply of MICR Encoded security items of at least 3 scheduled Banks among which one must be state owned Bank in Bangladesh. Documentary evidences of experience must be enclosed.(2)The Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (Five) years- experience in the printing & supply of MICR cheque book according to update Trade License. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of lFT. As well as they must have same working experience of at least Tk. 03(three) crore against a single work of any state owned Bank in Bangladesh.(3) Tenderer must have the own capacity of basic printing of security items as well as printing of personalization & MICR Encoded line.(4)The tenderer also have to maintain high security standard such as(a)All the operations & material storage must be maintained with secured place.(b)The secured place must be in under surveillances of authorized forces.(c)Access control system has to be installed at every place of printing premises.(d) Every operation of cheque printing must be under CCTV coverage and have recording storage capacity of CCTV cameras at least 03 months.(e)The printing premises must be equipped with fire detecting alarm and firefighting system.(5) The Tenderer must have minimum one four colour & one two colour machine, paper counting machine (double head) and perforation machine for smooth printing and fast delivery as requirement.(6) The Tenderer must have minimum five lac Cheque leaves printing (personalization & MICR Encoded line) capacity per day.Beside all other requirements of STD must be fulfill the tenderer
