Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenders from all eligible countries(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years."Years from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper"(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works at least 1 (one) contract in construction / Maintenance of RCC Bridge works value of at least Tk. 29.00 lac [Twenty-Nine Lac] only successfully completed under public sector within the last 05 (Five) years."Years from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper"(c) The required average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk. 49.00 lac [Fifty-Nine Lac] over the last 05 (Five) years:Years counting backward from the last finanacial year(i.e. 2017-18 to 2021-22)(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset ie banking instrument or working capital or credit facilities or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 Lac (Eleven Lac only).NOTE:Tenderers shall submit the liquid asset in one or combination of more than one of the four options stated in TDS.Please also note that in case of joint venture, Lead and individual partners must submit liquid asset individually : State in the TDS.(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: 29.00 lac [Twenty-Nine Lac] only.
