Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.The product of supplier as per sample or specification has approved by the Board Authority then supplier will supply product and the product will be received.2.Tenderer must submit the following documents:i) Up-to-date or FY: 2023-24 income tax clearance certificate.ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.iii) Up-to-date FY: 2024-25 Trade License.3.The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk.7,50,000/-(Seven Lac Fifty Thousand Taka )4.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 30000000/-(Three Crore)5.The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk.2,25,00,000/-(Two Crore Twenty Five Lac Taka ) under maximum One contracts in the last 5(Five) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.6.Performance Security or Performance guarantee must be deposit for at least one year or until next audit7.VAT and income tax will be deducted as per S.R.O. No. 187-Law/2019/44-VAT or Update GOVT Rules in 2025.The authorities will deduct VAT and taxes from the bill in accordance with the latest regulations without giving any reason.8. The authority reserves the right to relax any conditions at any time.9.
