  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT: 6,50,00,000.00 (Six Crore Fifty Lac Only)c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT: 9,50,00,000.00 (Nine Crore Fifty Lac Only) over the last 5 (five) years.d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT: 3,50,00,000.00 (Three Crore Fifty Lac Only). In case of liquid assets, statement (print) of bank accounts of the bidder issued within 1 month before bid submission deadline; in case of working capital, the last year audited balance sheet of the bidder; in case of credit facilities, the certificate issued by the bank referencing to this package number should be considered for evaluation.e) The minimum capacity shall be BDT: 8,80,00,000.00 (Eight Crore Eighty Lac Only)f) If the total quoted price is more than 10% (ten percent) less/above than the Offiial Cost, the tender shall be evaluated as Non-Responsive
