Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Not been prevented by order of any judicial court from entering into and/or signing contract with the procuring entity.2. The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of air-coolers as Supplier shall be 3 (three) years. Years are counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.3. The minimum specific experience (Work Completion certificate along with NOA/Work Order should be submitted) as a Supplier in supply & installation of air-cooler of at least a single contract successfully completed within the last 3 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 18 (Eighteen) lac in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous body/ Reputed private organizations. Years are counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 22 (Twenty two) Lac.
